So can we figure out who is selling this house? Motocross track outside and those garages!

Wonder if it comes with the cars?
$5M buys you a two bedroom condo in DC, so I’d say NP.

I’m always confused by homes that have more bathrooms than bedrooms. Seems like wasted space, if every room is actually occupied and you have the means I can understand a 1:1 ratio of bedrooms to bathrooms. But even that still seems excessive. What are the odds every person needs to shit and shower si mul taneously.
Makes me wonder how many hot water heaters this place has...

If your house is bigger than a walmart, you don’t want to walk all the way from one end to the other if you gotta go. Especially if you have a weak bladder or IBS, or something. Having bathrooms everywhere is just maximum convenience, and since we’re on that kick there’s no reason to stop; you may as well add showers too.

People with enormous homes like that are probably more likely to host large parties pretty often. Many drunk people in the house at once necessitates lots of bathrooms. That, or the place is just huge, they were lazy, and they just didn’t want to have to walk too far to get to a bathroom.
It’s a problem I will never have but would be willing to take on. Someone has to, right? :)

As someone who lives somewh ere with less bathrooms than bedrooms, I wish every single room in here had two bathrooms minimum. When big family visits are happening, it’s take a number time around here. I can totally understand why a suddenly rich person is dotting their house with bathrooms if that was their previous experience.

William Okerland Trust owns it according to the Allegan County parcel map. He is a financial planner. And must be really good at his job.

Cool place, but seems a bit dear based on location. This sums it up for me:
“The list price and Zestimate ® for this home are very different, so we might be missing something.”
If it also had an indoor ice rink, sold.
